We love The Real Housewives franchise for oh so many reasons - the over the top cast members, the drama and feuds and the luxurious group trips. But the love doesn't stop there.
One of the biggest draws of any of The Real Housewives shows is the real estate. We're talking about the fancy - sometimes spectacular - homes of the cast members. The homes are amazing eye candy and offer a glimpse into a world that many of us only get the chance to fantasize about. These homes (really mansions) come with a very high price tag. Just how much are we talking? Let's take a look.
Ramona Singer: $6.43 Million
Ramona Singer is a Real Housewives of New York City OG. Not only does she have a very nice apartment on Manhattan's Upper East Side, but Ramona also owns a very pricey second home in the elite Hamptons. At 7,000 square feet, it's really more of an estate that also happens to be completely gated and sits on the waterfront. The home has six-bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms hardwood flooring, brushed nickel hardware and french doors. There is a not one, but a two story great room and a separate room known as the 'piano room'. Ramona and her now ex-husband Mario Singer initially bought the home in 1995 for less than $1 million. Today, it is estimated to be worth $6.43 million, according to New York Post. That's not a bad profit. According to Realtor.com the home is available to rent for a casual $250,000 a month.
Sutton Stracke: $7.9 Million
She's hasn't officially moved in yet (in fact she's currently renting a house from co-star Kyle Richards) and renovations are still underway, but Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Sutton Stracke's Bel Air mansion already racked up a $7.7 million purchase price (the home was last assessed at $7.88 million, according to New York Post). The mansion, which was built in 1936 with a grand curved staircase and crown molding, sits on an acre lot near the Hotel Bel-Air. It has six-bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, a screening room, a spa and an infinity pool, according to Realtor.com.
Dorit Kemsley: $9.5 Million
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her husband Paul Kemsley (otherwise known as PK) bought their current 8,900 square foot home in Los Angeles' Encino in August 2019 for $6.5 million, according to Realtor.com. The house has six-bedrooms, which isn't quite large enough for Dorit and PK, who are currently trying to sell the house as reported by New York Post. The house has been on and off the market for eight months with an asking price between $9.5 million and $8 million. It's now available for rent for $75,000 a month. Dorit and PK also own an 8,700 square foot house in Beverly Hills that they bought back in 2016 for $6.5 million. They initially tried to sell this house for $12.75 million, however, the last listing price on Realtor.com was just under $7 million.
Sonja Morgan: $10.75
Any fan of Real Housewives of New York City knows that Sonja Morgan (formerly a member of THE Morgan family) lives in 'The Townhouse'. And that townhouse is estimated to be worth $10.75 million (at least that has been the market asking price, according to Bravo. Sonja originally bought the five-bedroom, five-bathroom Upper East Side townhouse in 1998 for $2.6 million. It was built in 1899, is 4,650 square feet and spans five floors. The house comes with a courtyard with a fountain fish pond, an outdoor terrace on the upper level and a Murano glass chandelier.
Lisa Vanderpump: $11.6 million
Heather Dubrow: $21 million
Former Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Heather Dubrow's Newport Beach mansion is her 22,000 square-foot dream house. Heather and her husband Terry Dubrow purchased the lot for the house in 2013 for $4.2 million and Heather custom-designed it herself. The home has seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a $1 million movie theater and a $12,000 wine display and cooler. The luxury doesn't end there. There's also a 10-layer chandelier that hangs in the 28-foot-tall foyer, a onyx bar that offers two beers via a tap and an interior courtyard with trees that had to be lifted in by a crane, as reported by Bravo. Bravo also reported that Heather has a wall installation of 300 bottles of Veuve Clicquot, which costs $12,000 to keep stocked. According to Page Six, there is even a dumbwaiter that makes bringing groceries from the garage to the kitchen completely effortless. According to Bravo, the house is estimated at $21 million.
