Matthew Perry’s death certificate reveals more details about the “Friends” star’s shocking passing at the age of 54.

Perry’s stepdad, “Dateline” journalist Keith Morrison, 76, is listed as the informant who provided details for his death certificate, which was obtained by The Post.

The certificate states that Perry died at 4:17 p.m. at his California home.

As The Post previously reported, the actor was found by a bystander submerged in his hot tub.

Perry was unresponsive at the scene by the time first responders arrived.

The person who called 911 has not been identified, but TMZ reported that the bystander was Perry’s assistant.

The certificate, which the Blast first obtained, lists Perry’s occupation as an “actor” in the “entertainment” industry, which he had been for 38 years.

His official cause of death is still to come, pending toxicology reports, but initial toxicology reports found that the star did not have meth or fentanyl in his system at the time of his death.

Dr. Michael Baden, former chief medical examiner of New York City, noted in an interview Friday that a full toxicology report could already be complete.

“They’ve got pretty much 99% of what they’re going to get at this point as far as information goes, and they can release it now, or they can wait for a couple more weeks because they’re looking for some unknown drug,” Baden told Fox News Digital.

“They might be doing microscopic slides, but it’s now about almost two weeks, so the toxicology should be finished.”

The “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing” memoirist was laid to rest last Friday, Nov. 3, in a private funeral service for his family and friends.

He was buried in the Forest Lawn cemetery in Hollywood Hills, which is located across from where he filmed the beloved NBC sitcom for 10 years from 1994 to 2004.

Former “Friends” castmates Jennifer Aniston, 54, Lisa Kudrow, 60, Courteney Cox, 59, David Schwimmer, 57, and Matt LeBlanc, 56, were all in attendance.

“We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just castmates. We are a family,” the cast said in a joint statement two days after his passing.

“There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.”

“In time we will say more, as and when we are able,” they continued.

“For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty’s family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world.”

Perry’s “17 Again” co-star Zac Efron, meanwhile, remembered the late actor this week at the red carpet premiere of his latest film, “The Iron Claw.”

Efron, 36, said he was “hugely honored” that Perry reportedly wanted to cast him in a biographical movie.

“It would be extraordinary to do,” he said, adding that he was “still devastated by the fact that he is gone.”
