Swoon! Dierks Bentley released his new “Say You Do” music video on Monday, Sept. 22, and Us Weekly has an exclusive look at some hot photos of the country crooner from the video shoot.
Bentley, 38, opens the clip in a small plane, flying over a picturesque landscape. He is then shown strumming his guitar as he sings, “Well couldn’t you / Say you do / Say you might / For tonight / Have a heart / Bend the truth / Even if you don’t / Couldn’t you.”
The award-winning singer later does an outfit change, throwing on a leather jacket and aviator sunglasses for a motorcycle ride in the Wes Edwards-directed music video, which debuted on VEVO. At one point, he is shirtless, offering a quick peek at his chiseled body. “Say You Do” wraps with Bentley crooning about his desire as he looks back on his past.
The emotional track, which is available via Country Radio, was inspired by Bentley’s own personal life and relationships.
“I think it’s pretty evident there is a hardcore yearning going on in this song, and personally, it’s something I’ve experienced in the worst of ways in past relationships,” he tells Us. “This song is about wanting something so badly even if it’s not good for you, just wanting that love back, which is something I think everyone can relate to at some point in their life.”
